On the play up front by the defense...
“It’s great, because everything starts in the trenches. Everything starts with us, so going into every game, we say ‘Hey, it starts with us. If finishes with us. We set the tempo. We get everything rolling.’”

On how the linebacker corps aids the effort...
“It does. Having a good linebacker corps calling out plays, making sure we get lined up correctly makes it so the defense can move smoothly.”

On facing different QBs throughout the game...
“It was a great experience because, as we get further and further into the season, we’re going to be facing multiple quarterbacks who can throw or be mobile.”

On the fashion in which they won...
“Oh man. It’s great. Beating him for the last time in my senior year, there’s no greater feeling than that.”

On his own play through three games...
“Going into my senior season, I set a standard for myself. Every game, I want to go out there and go above and beyond that standard. I just want to be very consistent.”

On winning by such a large margin...
“It’s a great feeling. Now, you allow the younger players to get out on the field and get experience. The further we get into the season, whenever everything is getting heavy, we can have a steady rotation with them, as well.”

On the idea of revenge...
“I mean...I mean, yeah. I thought about it, and I thought ‘This is some sweet revenge.’”

On preparing for multiple QB looks...
“I think we adjusted very well. Our coaches saw it on the sideline. We came in at halftime, and we corrected what we needed to do. When we got out there and certain quarterbacks came in, we know what play they were going to run. We made a great adjustment.”
