If this means anything to y'all, I've had quite a few quality assistant coaches text me or call me since the rumors of Matta started circulating asking me if I knew what he was going to do with his staff. Like I've been saying, his reputation as a guy is as good as it gets. He'll have no problem attracting a really good staff if he takes the job. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if he goes with some of his former assistants and takes a long look at keeping Jonas Hayes around.
