Surrounding Gunner and this team after last night is beyond me.
If Gunner in fact has to be the guy going forward, to act as if last night is all he is capable of through the air is disingenuous. We had an obvious gameplan to rely on the D after going up. Coming in at half after barely taking 10 snaps all year is not indicative of how we can prepare him over the next 3 weeks. Dude is a gamer and his ability to make the defense account for another is a huge part of why our backs were able to get going.
This team is in the drivers seat and regardless of quarterback, there ain’t a team I’m not confident we will beat when seeing them as we get healthy. Go Dawgs, SEC Champs with the most brutal schedule imaginable.
