Something about the timing of this just REAKS of something fishy going on, I mean the draft is coming up and this civil suit gets brought up and becomes headline news?
I Have NO Idea what happened between Winston and this girl, and I have leaned heavily AGAINST Winston and FSU's handling of this entire situation, but at this point I am seriously questioning the timing of this lawsuit. Even if she is in the right why not try and get this in civil court as soon as possible after losing the criminal charges against winson???
