Biden/Kerry/EU are trying to bribe or bully African countries to prevent them from developing their lands and using their energy resources to power their people. This is a perfect example of the rich exploiting the poor by locking up their resources in favor of useless wind and solar technology
Thankfully, some African govts are watching the rationing of gas in Europe & the coming heating crisis & recognize how ridiculous this is and it appears that others will follow suit.

They have to accelerate this takeover because the data doesn’t support man made global warming. There has been no increase in average global mean temperature since 2020. No increase in frequency or strength of hurricanes. There are 4 times more polar bears than in 1950, there is more coastal land mass than in the 1980’s.
