Seven teams ahead of us in SEC, one of them is KY.
Here is who they play
1- KY 11-4 - AL VAN FL LSU
2- SC 9-5 - MST UGA ARK
3- TAMU 9-5 - MST MIZ AUB VAN
4- VANDY 9-6 - UK TN TAMU
5- LSU* 9-6 - FL MIZ UK
6- OLEMISS* 8-7 - GA MST TN
7- FL* 8-7 -LSU KY MIZ
UGA- AUB OLEMISS SC BAMA
Although each team is certainly capable of winning any game they play, the SC/TAMU/OleMiss schedules appear to be easier than the others. This may be false bravado but we are in control of our destiny and have a good chance of moving up the ladder.
Even though a single loss will eliminate any NCAA possibility for us, we do have a good chance of making this a decent season. If you look at the schedules we have a good chance of passing or tying FL, OLEMISS and LSU in the SEC standings. That is, provided we win 3 of 4 games. They must also lose at least one game apiece, which is a real possibility.
I say let's play the games, see what happens.
