But I haven’t seen it mentioned much this week. It’s been well established that to beat us you need a lot to happen (obviously), but you definitely need these two things: a 1st-round talent at QB + multiple 1st-round receiving threats. Only having one or the other decreases your chances of pulling off the upset significantly. You need both.

So, does this Bama team have that? Milroe’s legs and accuracy downfield make me nervous but is he a 1st-round QB right now? Maybe by the time he’s eligible, but what about right now? Ditto for Burton and Bond — are they 1st-round guys? And if not, are they close enough to offset what we’re going to throw at them from a scheme standpoint?

This feels like a game where we test Bama (and Milroe’s) patience on O. Eliminate the big play and make them march down the field on us repeatedly. Tip your cap if they do it, but I’m not sure they have the guys to consistently win for 4 quarters in that way. Ofc I could be wrong because I’m an idiot but this receiving corps isn’t in the same stratosphere as Ruggs, Jeudy, Smith, Waddle, etc…
