This article lists the coaches in the NCAA Tournament and how much they make. Fox comes in right in the middle at 32nd of the 64 coaches listed (BYU, Butler, Harvard and Hampton's coaches aren't listed because they are private schools and don't have to reveal what they pay).
Just an observation, but I think Mike Young is without question the biggest bargain in college basketball. He wins big at Wofford and only makes just over 161k per year. Also, FWIW, I had heard he was somebody GT was going to look at if they got rid of Brian Gregory because he would come cheap.
