This quote represents a majority of the alumni/fan base and those with the money pulling the strings. Bottom line, he is a nice guy that won't get the school in trouble, damn the annual win/loss record. Keep it between the ditches and the checks will keep rolling in...

This quote is from the comments section of an old article I just read...

"CMR is human just like the rest of us & will make mistakes as we all
do. But I, for one, am behind him 100%, although I liking winning vs
losing any day. He is an excellent role model, mentor, a man with high
principles & good Christian values. He is an asset to UGA & I
hope he stays where he is. Overall he has done a pretty good job. We
have had our share of disappointments, but who hasn't over time?
Winning--no it is not everything all of the time. Look at the big
picture. How many guys have we had go on to the NFL & always had
his support? How many coaches set examples & follow the rules like
he does? I could go on & on. I am grateful & thankful for CMR.
God bless him!"

Been telling you that since 2005.

He won't leave until his mission is complete. Young men need guidance. God bless the "walk the walk, talk the talk" men of this world.

He's not going anywhere until he's ready to retire from coaching...

and move on to the next phase in his life. Maybe the new coaches will be the catalyst to get us back to an SEC championship? I am way past worrying about an MNC, I want to win the SEC.

This quote drives me bananas..."Overall he has done a pretty good job." So

we are shooting to be a pretty good team these days? As someone else said, "wow...how the mighty have fallen."

That's pretty much what our fans want these days, be a pretty good...

team, win 8-10 games a year, be able to talk about how good and pure and holy we are, and talk about next year and "if only".

It's what Georgia football has become. I'll keep pulling for the Dawgs and hoping the stars will align and we will win another championship.

Wouldn't you concur that it depends?

Compared to Creflo Dollar, he's way below market. For a great HC at UGA AND a youth pastor, he's dirt cheap.

Can't get rid of Corch Rick...There are no more football corches in Merica*

^^^Stock thread for AlwaysSunny? "First, I'm not miserable at all. I love

going to Georgia games and love pulling for Georgia in everything. A lot of what I post on here is poking fun at the Disneys. I really don't get overly worked up over Georgia football's many and varied failings over the years." ~JC-DAWG83

Whass the diff between you two anyway?

I'd say that's a pretty good comparison, both men have followers who...

give them money willingly in spite of the evidence that neither one is really doing what their job description would suggest they do. Both also enjoy their followers devotion and belief that they are "good men" and that allows their followers to overlook the shortcomings of their job performance.

Great point and example.

Thanky Sunny. And we supported Butts, Griffith, Dooley, Goff and Donnan as

well. "If the Dawgs are playing, we'll be there!"

Jug needs a sig, now that sigs are back...Maybe some

fine ass wimmenz?

United said it butter. Cut&Paste is yo friend.

"As long as people here care more about losing 'the right way' than winning 'the wrong way' Georgia will always be a second-tier athletics program, at best."

Hayull Jug, sigs are so passe.

Get one of them wimmens to sit on your face while you are guessing her weight and share your Chat wisdom on the puter using voice recognition between gasps.

Hayull Grif, that's about half right.

Most folks that know Dawgs with your attitude just want 'em to die.

Did you Boo, Burd? I didn't.

Did the BooBurds come out when Van Goiter wuz your Statesbur Iggles HC?

IMO you're wrong....the win/loss record DOES MATTER

And Coach Richt has a good record.

Richt has the BEST winning percentage in UGA history AND he has a top 10 winning record among all
coaches in the country with 5 or more years as a head coach.

And that's with us playing in the toughest conference in America and with a very unsupportive athletic
director until after the bowl game this year when it seems that ADGM got the word that he needed to
start helping the football program instead of hurting it like he did so horribly with his mishandling of the
Todd Gurley situation.

we disagree...'tis what makes the world go round. but...

you are wrong.

the nebulous world of rationalizations and relatively, I think

Pruitt will either be the man behind the scene or will be gone shortly.
