I watched a litle of the NBA Draft last night and I will watch even less today (although the national media will go crazy if Bronny is taken - he shouldn't be drafted but we all know why he would)
Anyway, I looked at nbadraft.net for the 2025 mock draft and saw that Asa Newell was projected to go 14th overall and Somto Cyril going 47th overall - Now there are always flaws in these, but it had me thinking
If Coach Mike White has this program going where UGA fans all want it to go and he continues to recruit well (these are big ifs) then Georgia player(s) may be involved with NBA Drafts and I will have to start paying attention to them more - it sucks having them leaving early for the draft because the Dawgs won't have them, but it also means they did well enough and which also may mean that the team did well enough... key word is may.
This might be the last year for no Dawgs in a NBA Draft for awhile... maybe
