At Bama, Texas and Ole Miss. We also had at the time a top team in Clemson who still has a chance to win the ACC. We have the best win in the country going on the road and beating Texas.
I think we have to put things into perspective. It was a gauntlet.
We are missing a first team All American OL leader, one of the top guys with our defense in Mondon, and our most skilled WR in Young. If we get those guys back the team will look different. Not to mention Mykel Williams is at about 20%.
I still take this average team on a neutral site over almost any team in the country besides Oregon and Ohio St and if the ball bounces the right way, we have a chance to beat them.
With all of that being said I get it, we got absolutely dominated tonight. The score was not an indication as to how badly we got smacked around.
