Tbh, I have no idea what to expect. If we play clean baseball and cut down on the walks and errors I really think we can play 3 close ball games.
I’ve watched A&M twice in the past week and they’ve lost both while struggling at the plate. Of course one of the times they had to face Tommy Mace last Thursday but the other was their Tuesday game they lost 2-1 against Rice. They have some veteran guys in their lineup and veteran arms but definitely not an Asa Lacy type. Dustin Saenz who we should see tomorrow got lit up at Florida. He’s a high 80’s to low 90’s lefty, we should get some pitches to hit, imo.
Play A clean series and I really think we can steal a game or even two, honestly. But, if we play nervous and tight, we definitely can get run out of the park all weekend.
