She is correct..he was found guilty and liable for previous actions. Being elected to political office does not and should not absolve anyone for pass actions. Any legitimate law school teaches that premise. Yes trump won the presidency, however the fact remains he is a convicted felon and adjudicated of sexual misconduct. Let us hope that now that America has voted in a convicted felon it does not become the norm.
No, she's not correct. She literally targeted an INDIVIDUAL that she claimed she would get during her campaign and had to manufacture a case against him. Neither she nor Bragg discovered a crime and looked for a perp, they had their man and went fishing for a crime and when they could not find one, they manipulated the law to create one.

Accountability for prosecutors would be very nice. To often people get accused of stuff they didn’t do and it ruins them financially (not referring to Trump specifically just in general). That would be one of my first things to start implementing so we don’t ever have to deal with the law fare BS that we saw ever again, unless you know they’re guilty of serious shit and you know you can prove it.

Letits James case has gone in front of the appeals court. It was hit so hard that the attorneys were arguing against sanctions. That fraud case will go away because no case like this without a victim has ever been brought to the court. It had no precedent. Well, guess what, that is the same issue with the felony conviction. The judge on that case is even likely to drop it before it gets to appeal.
The civil case of rape against him was about his mouth. And trump’s inability to shut it. It wasn’t about guilt or innocence of the crime. The woman involved couldn’t remember if they had sex. She has a cat named vagina. Said on Anderson cooper that rape was cool. And claims she has been sexually assaulted by 21 other men.
Don’t even get me started on stormy daniels. I bet you don’t even know which version of her story is the current one. How did the Dems know about this nda? They put her up to it. When they lost the original case in court she was ordered to pay him 244000 dollars. She went to the Dems who put who up to it and they cut her loose. So when this came back around and they found an obscure way to drag him into court, she was all for it so she could be off the hook.
what does law school say about a DA campaigning on the promise she is going to “take down” a citizen (prior President) and his business. All prior to any investigation or evidence. Now that’s something I hope doesn’t become a norm

Trump, Biden and 50% of Congress have Security clearances. None of the aforementioned would be issued secret clearances much less TS clearances if they weren't elected officials.

The fraud case where a judge determined the government gets to just take a half billiion dollars from a private citizen for no reason whatsoever is maybe not even arguably the most ridiculous use of government power against a private citizen / business / enterprise in Unitied States history. I think the appellate court should disbar those who brought that case.
