we win today we are sitting at 5-5 in conference play with 8 games remaining and a decent chance at finishing 10-8 in SEC play. Now at 4-6 with two home games against UF and UK and away games against UT, Bama and Arkansas its going to be very tough to break even at 9-9.
The only thing i like about todays game is the rotations and minutes played. Yante, DO, Edwards, Harris, Parker, JJ , Turtle and Diatta, they combined for all the minutes. If Fox had committed to this 8 man rotation early on i think we are sitting at 16-7 at worst (wins at Clemson, Oakland and A&M) and we are still in the hunt. Once again TO's are our undoing, we had 15 today to SC's 8. We come up on the short end of this stat EVERY freaking game. And i think alot of the excessive TO's is a direct result of the constant substitutions and mix and match lineups and the refusal to let new or young players play through mistakes, instead playing guys who have been in the program for a while but can't give you what you need to be competitive.
