I have seen a couple mock drafts were he was ranked behind Melvin Gordon and vice versa. Not surprising and not news. This writer at NFL.com has just moved Gurley ahead of Gordon. Again, not really news. But I thought his reasoning was good to hear:
"After checking with some teams on Georgia running back
Melvin Gordon as the top running back in this draft class"
That has to bode well for Gurley's draft status.
