Horrible decisions by the players, no excuses there, But, for Fox to not be able to make any adjustment in the last two minutes was absolutely mindboggling.

1) the first thing Fox should have done was put Maten on the court to receive the in-bounds pass. He has great hands, can pass over the doubleteam and shoots fts well.He was completely wasted throwing it in.
2) let Wilridge or Diatta throw it in. They are both long, tall and good passers.
3) it was evident Harris was toast in that situation and we should have sent in Crump and or Turtle to help with the pressure. Other than the guy taking it out, now you have handlers and ft shooters on the court.
IMO, much of this failure in halfcourt situations, imo, is a result of Fox's absolute inability to create some kind of in-bounds play after a foul. I have been embarrassed for years that we are forced to heave the ball 3/4 court to get it in. Is there any other team in the country that does that? Yeah, now and then, but not as their regular play.

We scored like 6 points the last ten minutes. Crump looked good and was shooting well. Get him in the damn game. Just horrible play in the second half on the offensive end.

It's a shame folks will blame this on the time keeper. I don't know what they should have done after the event, but they checked the time with stopwatches several times and we did not get a shot off. I don't know if the stop effected JJ. He would have had a fall away. contested by a 6'11 guy and another player at best.
