235/45/18. I fit a pothole and last night wife mated up with a curb. Not a fan of low profile tires but these came with the car. And, nearest replacement tire is 90 minutes away. Pothole couldn't be avoided though the curb was self inflected. Damnbit expensive replacing. Moving to a higher profile from here out....no benefit given a diesel passat is hardly a high performance ride.

Just put a set on my daughter's bug. They are a higher profile tire than what it came with, that's a good thing.
