Easley had told me that he wanted to wait until October to commit. Then today, after completing his OV to Georgia, his first OV, he announced on Instagram that he’s committing to the school of his choice on July 8.

Phillips had originally planned to wait until the fall and find a Tennessee game to plan and OV around. Maybe an Alabama game. After the completion of his OV to Georgia, Phillips now plans to take his OV to Tennessee next weekend and a commitment is likely to come in the summer now, not the fall. Georgia and Tennessee are the two teams with the most momentum right now. Auburn and Alabama trying to play catch-up
