I ran into a police officer friend down in Barnesville yesterday and asked him why Griffin would be on the top 10 targets for ISIS. He explained its due to the UGA Experiment Station. He said they have some of the same contained diseases (ebola, anthrax, etc) that the CDC has, but in smaller quantities and not near the security. He said that was not widely known, but they've actually been on "high alert" since 911 and that security is better than most people would think of a satellite college campus.

How the heck does ISIS know about that? Is there a list somewhere of all

hometown was Griffin, Ga so they put it on their list. They had Daniel Island, SC on the list. That is a relatively newly developed area in Charleston. Nothing much there except nice homes and a new tennis facility. If the infectious disease place was the target, why wouldn't Atlanta be on the list? The actual CDC is there. Why not Augusta? We have a huge NSA facility, cyber command and the Signal Corps here. Why not St. Marys and Kings Bay?

they actually had to put security outside there 24/7 to eliminate the working girls from making a quick buck.
He did leave out used tire stores however...beside every waffle house, there's a used tire store. I'm not sure why, but they do have a liking for a nice set of "gently used" whitewalls there.
