UGA /TN accomodations

I’ve promised my 23 year old son I’d take him to this game. Thought we’d stay two nights in Athens area. I just looked at the Hyatt Place downtown for two nights and 2 tickets on the south side 40 yard line. $3700 all in. Anybody got any better ideas?
