Que has a great record and this was a big win, but methinks he could use a little of that stuff they give racehorses, or maybe just some coffee. He got PETA sicced on us by looking like he been beat.

Yep, same here. I'm on the low carb for a year, haven't lost any weight, but it has squared away my ****ed up blood numbers. About 75 carbs a day, not counting alcohol. 262 would look OK to me.
Bought fresh rolls from Jimmy-Johns and loaded it up with mayo, a little mustard, Leftover Honey Baked Ham, lettuce and tomato, Lays Chips, ice cold Co Coler. No room in the inn for lemon pie made with condensed milk. Watch out for a sneak attack during LSU-A&M game.
Im low carb for a year, plus. 20g per day. Lost over 60 pounds. So all that liver and tater talk was daydreaming. Likker has ZERO carbs, fwiw!

Likker with no carbs is a blessing from God. But, I love beer and have mostly given it up. I also drank at least 3 bottles of red wine tonight, and i think it has some carbs. I also have some whiskey called Amador which i like, so i'm about to have a no-carb glass of that shit. Life is good and i'm grateful.
