we just torched a pathetic Kentucky team..the offense threw in a few wrinkles with the wilddawg...the defense shut down KY's offense which it should have..our best punter is the back up QB, which we just figured out..the issues are still present...Shotty said after the game that we wanted to get the ball into to the hands of the play makers...lol..it's the 9th game and now we want to get the ball into the hands of PM's by using the wilddawg...I guess running the pro style doesn't do that ..
JE next yr (providing he shows) will have rookie WR's to work with, a replacement OL, and he'll be thrown into a difficult position being pre-annointed the savior...we won't have a back up QB next year either...the offense can't depend on the running game, we won't have the personnel to run more of a spread type...the pro style is an easier offense to defend against especially since we are limited with what we bring to the table....
I really don't have any great ideas...I just think next year offensively isn't gonna be any better going forward...bringing in a new HC or a new OC will be a transition which will set back the offense even more...we don't have the receivers, the QB, or the OL to run anything other than what we are running...
So why not just open the Offense up anyway...we really don't have what it takes to run the fricking pro style either...
