Ukraine is going to have a lot of debtors in the future as well if they win,...they will be colonized by the west for the USA and NATO to recoup war investment, or colonized by Putin if they lose,... probably better to be in debt to the west, but either way their will be a degree of suck for them in war and peace for a generation or so
