Yes they lost but the Defense is much improved. For three quarters they contained a Western Kentucky offense that ranked sixth nationally in points per game (44.4) and fourth in yards per game (534.6) last season.
That WK offense was scoreless for the first 44 minutes of Thursday’s game. I think they had less than 30 yards rushing on 20 carries? It should be nice challenge for OL. I think we will\ open it up more in passing game, but look for UGA to wear them down with ground game. By 2nd half they are going to get tired of tackling those 4 RB's.
Offensively, I think the Dawgs Defense is going to smother them. They have a running QB, so that will present some challenges, but LB's are far too athletic for it to be a huge problem.
