Hope you guys gave a better plan than we did when we fired Fulmer. Has taken us years to recover. I think you guys made a mistake but who knows?

Tennessee's problems stemmed from stupid hires and difficulty recruiting. UGA should never have difficulty recruiting. We're the state university in one of the three best recruiting states in the country, unlike Tennessee.

But what's done is done. We can only hope we don't get stuck in the wilderness like UT or Texas.

We managed to come out of the wilderness this year and help send your coach out on his ass. Y'all were fools for firing Richt this year and we are looking forward to hand picking a couple of your top recruits to come up to Knoxville.

Hopefully, we'll make the right hire, unlike the Orange Polyester Nation did after 2008. Thanks, by the way. We couldn't beat Phat Phil. Oh yeah, and then again after 2009 when Lane slipped way under cover of darkness. Thanks for hiring Vince's kid, too. We like Vince. I live deep in enemy territory (Louisiana) and travel only once a year to Athens for a game. Tennessee has been my game for 2016 since they released the 2016 SEC schedule a month ago. I don't know why our game with you doesn't rank higher on the rivalry scale. We have nothing in common. It's virtually even over time. And we've hated you ever since your people were complicit in letting the Union Army through in 1864. You're in good shape if you come South for the game, though. There are plenty of Waffle Houses between Athens and Knoxville in which to console yourself on the return trip. Enjoy your Christmas.

All your recruits come from our state also phat phill can't coach and recruit

Lane Kiffin set them back far more than firing phil. Unstable and them leaving unexpectedly created the Dooley hire out of necessity. Not to mention being shut out of their core recruiting bases after phils tenure. Not to mention letting Chavis leave....

Comedy of errors at ut.

You are an IDIOT - ut IS a joke and has been for well over a decade - u think that new sawed off runt of a coach has you recovered? You guys are a joke in college football.

You idiots made a deal with the devil because you were all starry-eyed that he had "NFL Head Coach" on his resume. UGA is smarter than UT will ever be.

10-UH-C is an interesting case. They are a "legacy" program that has been powerful since the 1930's just like Georgia, LSU and Alabama, which is in a league of its own. Those four have more SEC titles than all the other SEC schools. However, unlike the other three, 10-UH-C imports a substantial amount, if not the majority, of its talent. They have a huge stadium, a rich tradition (even if it is polyester orange checkerboard), a rabid following and plenty of money. Their formula for success is pretty unique. Who else is good that doesn't sit in a fertile recruiting ground? Maybe Oregon, but they're new money, not a legacy program. Maybe Iowa. If 10-UH-C hasn't been the real deal for a decade or so, that's the exception in their history. Let's be honest with ourselves, they have now achieved relative parity with us. Would they have beaten us this past year had we not lost Chubb? Certainly not, but we did and they did. So, they're in the conversation again. If they're a joke then it isn't going to be as funny as it used to be. I'd like to be polite and say that's my opinion, but I suspect its not merely an opinion. By the way, they ran off favorite son Johnny Majors after 15 seasons and two SEC Championships back in 1992 when they promoted Fulmer, who they subsequently ran off.
