They look NOTHING like the elite, recruiting superpower they were under Spurrier, Zook, Meyer, and even Muschamp. Despite their current #12 class ranking, this class will be damn lucky to crack the top 20-25 on NSD for a 2nd year in a row. Of the 20 commitments on their list right now, only 4 are rated 4-stars and 2 of those are JUCO players.
They could miss on all 7 of the 5-star players from their home state. Also, 26 of the 44 players from Florida who are rated 4-stars or better have made public commitments so far, yet only 2 of them have chosen the Gators. The other 24 are all going elsewhere (14 have chosen FSU or Miami while 10 have chosen to leave the state).
UF fans are beginning to voice their concerns and I couldn't be happier about that.
