Got to walk by the stadium today and could see a little bit of what's going on..
Faton, for the time I was watching, was working with the ones. Chubb and Sony were subbing out. Only so Sony run the ball once for a 4 yard gain or so.. That's all I got to see out of the backs. We threw the ball for most of the time I was watching.
Blazevich was working at fullback
Godwin and chigbu were getting reps with the ones. Godwin took an underneah crossing route for 10 yards or so..
Faron tried to hit Godwin on a play action go route in the end zone but was broken up. Couldn't tell who was on the defensive end but Faton threw it a little short and too far to the inside.
Faton hit Mitchell on curl at about the 15 yard line. Mitchell made someone miss and you could really tell he's got that explosiveness back. He bulled his way down to the 3 yard line.
Rome dropped another drag route across the middle that would have been a 10 yard gain or so..
Faton connected on most of his passes. Most of the passes were in the 10 -15 yard range. I thought he looked pretty good aside from the deep ball.
Brendan Douglas had a run with the 2nd team O for about 10 yards..
Ramsey was working with the 2nd team O. The only play I saw him throw was a play action pass out to the fullback for a first down.
Lo carter was working with the 2nd team D.
