We all knew our guards would have to carry us on offense, but this is ridiculous. Maten has to stay in the game or we have no inside game at all. Hopefully OG will be back soon and give us something, at least on the offensive glass, but I didn't like the way he favored his shoulder just sitting on the bench. BIg shots by KG and JJ down the stretch also. Two of our starters cannot score a lick, but at least KPG gives us something with hustle, but he is not a good one on one defender. HK tries I guess, but he shows me no fire, costs us big time on D on his own man provides no help on D or offense. I don't know why CMF would not go zone in this game much more. They could not throw it in the ocean from outside and were beating us off the dribble. Plus staying mtm got Yante in foul trouble.
We have to have someone else give us some points and the only guys I see who are candidates are Wilridge and Turtle. We've got to get Wilridge some space on the wings to drive, lob to him and anything else to get him, involved. At least Turtle is a threat and if he plays more it keeps CM in the game at the 3.
