Not only is he getting schooled by DCs, fundamentals are plain awful. This defense is soft and very poor tacklers, plus the secondary coach is getting embarrassed. Only Kimbrough and Ganus use good form in tackling on the front 7. Kimbrough was fundamentally sound in HS and Ganus trained at UAB.
I don't know if it's an over-reaction from Lorenzo Carter getting tossed or what, but 4 out of 5 or worse tackles are being made by side stepping the ball carrier, then reaching back with the hands to try to grab him as he passes. I expect we gave up 150 extra yards to The Vols just by not squaring and form tackling.
Then there's Schotty, no imagination, Lambert, no male parts and Richt, Coach Almost.
