We get their attention and lead most of the recruiting cycle but towards the end when other coaches really get after it, kids get swayed to go somewhere else! Not sure what it is, it has got to the point if a kid isn't a well rounded kid with great parents and he ends up being a big time recruit, we just can't speak their language and they go somewhere else! I'm hoping we can somehow get him back but when a kid decommits, 99% time they are gone
