He, along with others knew and they are all enablers for not reporting it to LE outside of the college system. When it became clearly apparent that no investigation was being done by ANYONE those people chose to protect their jobs and their school and not follow up. They should all be in prison for a very long time. I almost regret that you brought this up because it makes me so angry to think about how this happened.
Although PSU took down the statue of Joe Pa, they left his name on the library as a reminder to stay quiet.

You needn't bother with JoePa Knew threads because we've been around that block several times. We've heard it all. Yet it's been proven that Joe didn't *know* any details (according to deputy attorney general who prosecuted Sandusky, anyhow, as well as the assistant who reported). That would be the real reason Emmert backed off. Also regular law enforcement dropped the ball after PSU notified them (according to the legally mandated reporter of Sandusky's charity). No worries... there are still some PSU folks who do not keep up with the details so we don't take offense when others don't keep up. Good luck at the game. We are looking forward to it.
