Wanted to see what my fellow degenerates thought about the opening weekend of games. Had a great year last year up a little over 13 units. I haven’t locked anything in yet, but here are a few leans.
Hawaii +3: I think Stanford could have the worst power 5 roster this year. Hawaiis 2nd year coach knows what it takes to win there from his QB days and I think he has the program headed back in the right direction. They showed a lot of improvement against vandy (who I think would beat Stanford by 10+)
South Carolina ML over UNC: 2 programs I think are headed in opposite directions. South Carolina has recruited well and I think Rattler is much improved.
Clemson -13: Clemson is going to want to show off their new offense and make a statement in this game. Might be my favorite pick of the week. Want to see what Clemson team total over is because I think they score in the 40s.
7.5 point teaser: Hawaii +10.5 and South Carolina +10.5 (-150)
A bet I won’t take but will wish I did: TCU -20.5 vs Colorado
