Weird occurrence need some opinions on. Took my 13 yr old to orthopedic for broken wrist 2 wks ago. Got an email today from Ortho billing office thanking me for my 93.13 payment. No one made any payment. And when I clicked to look at details, it said mc payment w numbers ending in _ _ _ _ and it had my 13 yr olds son’s name on it. We don’t have a master card cc and obviously my 13 yr old doesn’t. Called billing office and they agreed it was weird because they had not billed us yet. but I guess nothing they can do. Got me little nervous. Asking what steps should I take next. Thanks guys.
