First the atmosphere was incredible. I’m speaking of the music, during TV timeouts, and fireworks often used. There have been a lot of complaints on the board about Sanford and I see why.
The coolest thing was them still doing the flyover during the national anthem. I still get chills typing that. The way those F18s were hidden by clouds, and then appeared right as they got over the stadium. WOW
We tailgated in the Grove and had a great time. Ole Miss fans were nice for the most part. The fans around us in the stadium were super nice and enjoyed the conversation we had with them. Said Georgia fans were some of the best in the SEC.
I asked some in our group who are Ole Miss alumni and they said that was the loudest their stadium has ever been.
Despite the loss I had a great time. Anyone else go and also want to share?
