Of course Schotty could adapt to college in time.

Much better chance of us being undefeated, but I would say 6-1 with our 1 loss being to Bama. He was much, much better at getting us checked into the right plays/protections and much, much better at going through his pass progressions. The wildcard for me would be the new OC. Would that have hosed up his game or would his ability overcome it?

6-1. We would need a better secondary and OL to beat Alabama. UT would not have even been close, though.

I don't know that Murray's presence would make much of a difference in either game. He wasn't known for lighting it up in big games. The defensive and special teams struggles affected the outcome of both games more so than offensive trouble. The Dawgs put 31 on the board in the UT game, which should be enough to win. The Bama game was just awful all the way around. Unless Murray can block, tackle, pressure the QB, block for punts and cover WRs, I don't think he's a difference maker in the two losses this year.
