1. Illegal eviction, maybe. Two dudes make a video, you kick everyone out of house? Cant kick someone out without 30 days notice, I believe.
2. School President stated: "Everyone must be off campus by 12:00, we will not help them find other housing, because we dont help bigots" again, only two dudes are on camera. Prez insinuated all SAE members in OK are bigots and racists. Without investigation.
3. Prez. States: "We cant expel or suspend anyone until investigation is complete" But you can kick them out of their house without an investigation?
4. Illegal eviction causes monetary losses to students. Such as, flunk out of school because they are looking for houses, security deposits for new housing, Frat dues,
I think, OK came down hard to make a point but it may bite them in the ass in the end, If I am a SAE member that wasn't on the bus and live in the house, I am pissed right now.
