I attended my sons first highschool football game yesterday. Frosh, soff game. A few items. Teams in California are not allowed to tackle to the ground in practice(good lord) my son plays QB and OLB. On one play he broke around the end on a keeper and collided with DB 25 yards down the field. My son lowered and trucked the kid and scored. The ref flagged my son for lowering shoulder and head. it starts in California gentlemen. I think we are headed for flag football.
What happened to real football?
