i would look for a guy with no head coaching experience and has been in the 3rd seat on a team that has underachieved for the last 4 years.
In all seriousness, Jones might turn into a great coach but to just assume it because recruiting has gotten better is silly. This was not meant to disrespect Jonus, just hope we can do a little better or at least more proven
