What's a good GA/FLA wknd plan?

Trying to plan a 3-4 day weekend in Jacksonville this year. Any suggestions? It will be me and my wife and hopefully others, but at least the two of us. I'm sure there's good golf courses down there. But any suggestions for a good experience for the GA/FLA weekend would be great. Thanks!
