We typically lose one or two a year that we are picked to win. When was the last time Georgia won a game we were picked to lose?

I'm talking about each game not a season. When was the last time we upset someone, rather than us being upset.

The auburn win was good, but they were down last year. I believe they were 8-5.
Auburn was actually a really good team up until a week or two before we played them. They choked away the A&M game then we blew their doors off then Alabama beat them the next week. I think they lost their bowl game too, not sure. Basically, when we played them last year they were still a very good team

Keep telling yourself that, 8-5 any way you look at it. Our schedule was weak last year and we still couldn't win the east.

If Florida and TN was playing top level SEC caliber football we would be third or fourth in the east every year.

Georgia is not a mentally tough team. If we are hitting on all cylinders, then we are tough to beat. But let things not go our way and the wheels come off. Or we get ahead on a good team and we can't seem to close the deal. It happens over and over again, year after year.

But hey, it's going to be different this year...right?
