They're worried about litigation from families of those "put down", not because the drugs are bad, but because a lot of doctors refuse to administer them. Consequently, the states are forced to use medical technicians and several times now, the various parts of the cocktail have been given in wrong doses. An easy soluution is a bullet or a rope. Extremely effective, and much cheaper. I always liked Old Sparky.

They must come from FDA approved facilities. Only one was in business and got shut down by the FDA due to infractions..... Some states were importing from India and other black markets.. The FDA stepped in and said no no.. only from FDA approved facilities.. none in business currently.
