Why are we getting Spanish speaking commercials on English TV channels?

Is this part of diversity, inclusion, and equality or because we eat out a lot at Tex mex restaurants?

To show those commercials on a channel that 99% of the viewers can’t understand makes little to no sense?

Any ideas?

Grit. Shows old Westerns and such.

Just curious. Doesn’t make sense for the audience it attracts. If the Spanish person watching a show understands English then why the ad in Spanish?
