Why do women have to talk so loud in the gym ? I mean

I can hear a group of women over my music in my ears and they laugh so loud and talk loud .

I tried going at different times and when I think I won't run into them; I do . What the chat advice ?

I think that they are trying to check you out and want a little "attention" from one of their hero's in uniform
