Why has the toss-sweep mostly been retired?

Historically it was used in an "I" with the FB lead, it's still a great call without one though. Would love to see it more in our arsenal. DE30 is nice between the tackles but would love to see him get a head of steam and use his jangle via the toss.

Thoughts? Ed-u-ma-cate me if I am missing something here.....................TIA.
