why not play Eason?

I'm a ND guy who just recently started following UGa because my girlfriend is a UGa grad and fan. We were at last night's game. I don't follow UGa closely enough to know the answer, but is Lambert really your best option. My gf (and a lot of other fans we heard last night) can't understand why Lambert is still playing because of his obvious limitations. I have to assume he's your best option. I'm particularly curious about Eason because he's an ND legacy and many ND fans wanted him at ND. Lambert's limitations (and now Chubb's injury) obviously limit the offensive playcalling. Is he really the best option?

Because he is still in HS. He will be early enroll and the starter next year

The AD looked into Richt's eligibility from his Miami days, that was our last shot at a better option. Turns out there's an age limit or something, I'm not really a tech guy.
