...if Kirby started stealing essential staff. Wouldn't this be disrespectful to Saban. I don't know. I haven't heard anyone mention this angle.
 
Maybe Saban retiring this year telling. Kirby go ahead. Steal the staff and recruits

Had not thought of the angle dawgman mentions below. Interesting. If CNS wins it all this year does he call it quits? I doubt it.
 
If he wins it all this year I bet part of him is thinking it's only a matter of time before Kirby gets it clicking. Hint this year or next . Maybe Saban retires
 
Even if Saban doesn't retire, he understands the business. Schumann is a good example. He is coming here in an essentially a big promotion from what he had at Bama. If Kirby brings Napier, he will probably get upgraded to OC. I think Saban realizes that if no one wants his coaches he has probably made bad hires. That is why I believe he came out a few years when the rumor of Kirby to UGA as DC started up and said he thinks coaches should wait for the right opportunities instead of making lateral moves.
