I’ve been wondering if there are any bad feelings between Kentucky and Georgia being that two of their former coaches (Coggins and Ammirati) left a recently successful program to join Johnson’s staff. Amirrati left after Kentucky went to the CWS last year. Kentucky even has a new facility. Mingione seems like a great coach and good guy so I always wondered why both coaches left to join Wes at Georgia. I know Coggins worked with Wes years ago so I can kind of understand his move. I’m glad to have both guys on staff, but was genuinely curious why they left Kentucky.
