I’d like to think there is some integrity in the game, but if there is going to be no penalty, why don’t coaches just have their players take a dive when the play is close?
You think the ball was dropped instead of caught but don’t want to waste a TO or challenge, just have your player take a dive. Think the QB crossed the line of scrimmage, fake an injury.
