1st round injury flop from Tampa Bay...as hard as it is to watch, they're being pretty smart. They have a lot of cap room but they also have a lot of cap space tied up in guys they can't get rid of (Baker, Johnson, Roddy White, etc)...gotta keep some available cash to sign guys later in the year when the gimps gonna gimp.

They passed on some good ones in FA. Hope they take Gurley.
