Indiana had given Billy Donovan $7 million per year, he would have been their next coach. I have a close friend who is good friend with Billy's son and he relayed as much. Now, doesn't mean we could get him if we gave him the same amount per year, but would certainly make things interesting.
I have also heard that Billy would be very interested if Notre Dame ever became open. Apparently he is very "into all that" with it being a Catholic school, etc.
Screw it - I say we put $7.5 million on the table per year and we would have a Final Four appearance in 3 years.
